چکیده

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) play important roles in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases because its lavish bioinformatic molecular contents. However, how to separate plentiful extracellular a short time with high consistency is still problem. Here, we’d like introduce an automated capturing machine named EVenrich (Extracellular Vesicles Enrichment) that helps realize EVs biosamples high-throughput manner. Incorporating EVtraps-a kind biological magnetic beads specifically, we were able isolate from up 48 urine samples 60 min, similar quality quantity superior stability manual capture. In clinical analysis, over 14000 peptide fragments 2000 proteins detected by capture, which was capture significantly ultracentrifugation. We further collected 21 patients negative prostate biopsy results confirmed cancer. Every three mixed into group make 7 control groups disease groups. After exosome extraction proteomics / phosphorylated found 211 overexpressed 187 peptides corresponding 40 as potential biomarkers for addition, qRT-PCR showed ratio miR-125b miR-145 could well distinguish cancer non-prostate patients, suggesting it be used marker

High-throughput automated microfluidic sample preparation for accurate microbial genomics

Low-cost shotgun DNA sequencing is transforming the microbial sciences. Sequencing instruments are so effective that sample preparation is now the key limiting factor. Here, we introduce a microfluidic sample preparation platform that integrates the key steps in cells to sequence library sample preparation for up to 96 samples and reduces DNA input requirements 100-fold while maintaining or imp...

High throughput sample processing and automated scoring

The comet assay is a sensitive and versatile method for assessing DNA damage in cells. In the traditional version of the assay, there are many manual steps involved and few samples can be treated in one experiment. High throughput (HT) modifications have been developed during recent years, and they are reviewed and discussed. These modifications include accelerated scoring of comets; other impo...

Semi-Automated Library Preparation for High-Throughput DNA Sequencing Platforms

Next-generation sequencing platforms are powerful technologies, providing gigabases of genetic information in a single run. An important prerequisite for high-throughput DNA sequencing is the development of robust and cost-effective preprocessing protocols for DNA sample library construction. Here we report the development of a semi-automated sample preparation protocol to produce adaptor-ligat...
